1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and no2jl ("no2jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the no2jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the no2jl platform, or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the no2jl platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with no2jl's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on no2jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of no2jl or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from no2jl or any affiliated platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. no2jl reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) no2jl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your no2jl account. Specifically, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your no2jl login credentials, including your username and password.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• Notify no2jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Ensure that all information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.
• Log out of your no2jl account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

no2jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on no2jl are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). no2jl supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at no2jl's discretion.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the no2jl cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• no2jl reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on any transaction. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending the completion of such checks.
• no2jl does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• Funds deposited into your no2jl account do not accrue interest.

no2jl reserves the right to void any transaction that is found to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

no2jl offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. no2jl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• no2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on no2jl are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

no2jl uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for its virtual games and licensed live dealer studios for its live casino offerings. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published and available upon request. no2jl does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during gameplay, no2jl reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes. no2jl's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no2jl platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the no2jl platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the no2jl platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing no2jl staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Registering or using a no2jl account on behalf of a third party.

no2jl reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the no2jl platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of no2jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the no2jl platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the no2jl platform without prior written consent from no2jl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no2jl, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the no2jl platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

no2jl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the no2jl platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your no2jl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

no2jl does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the no2jl platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

no2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own responsible gaming policy, no2jl provides the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your no2jl account at any time via your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: no2jl can notify you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from no2jl at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11. Suspension and Termination

no2jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At your own request, including self-exclusion requests.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the no2jl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact no2jl's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. no2jl will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

no2jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the no2jl platform. Your continued use of the no2jl platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the no2jl platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
